Cookie Policy

What are cookies
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser to remember information, such as a preference or, in the case of analytics, a way of measuring how visitors use the site. This policy also covers similar technologies such as localStorage.
Categories and cookies we use
- Necessary: required for the site to work and to remember your choice. Always on.
- Analytics: measure traffic and use of the site (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager). Off until you accept them in regions that require it (see below).
- Marketing: measure advertising and attribute results on Google Ads and Meta. We list them because they can be activated through Google Tag Manager; they only run if we launch ad campaigns and you have not rejected them.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| at_cookie_consent | AT Transportation Group S.A. (localStorage) | Remembers your cookie choice and the date you made it | Until you clear site data | Necessary |
| at_geo_loc | AT Transportation Group S.A. / Cloudflare (localStorage) | Caches your approximate country (read at Cloudflare's edge, no external lookup) to decide whether to ask for consent before loading analytics | Until you clear site data | Necessary |
| _ga, _ga_* | Google (Analytics, via Google Tag Manager) | Distinguish users and sessions to measure traffic and use of the site in aggregate | Up to 2 years | Analytics |
| _gcl_au, _gcl_aw | Google (Ads, via Google Tag Manager) | Measure whether an ad click ends in a quote request | Up to 90 days | Marketing |
| _fbp, _fbc | Meta (via Google Tag Manager) | Measure advertising on Meta platforms and attribute quote requests to it | Up to 90 days | Marketing |
Google Tag Manager itself does not set cookies: it is a loader that, once consent is given, can activate the tags above. It is not loaded at all until you accept at least one category. Google Search Console does not set cookies for visitors.
Other third-party requests
Without using cookies, the address fields of the quote form load Google Maps, and Google receives your IP address and browser data when you use them. See the Privacy Policy for details.
When we ask for your consent
EU/EEA, United Kingdom and Brazil (or if we cannot determine your country): analytics and marketing cookies stay off until you accept them.
Rest of the world, including Panama and the United States: analytics are active by default and the banner lets you reject or adjust them at any time. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, marketing cookies also start off.
Either way, we use Google Consent Mode: your choice is passed to Google and Meta tags so they only collect what you allowed.
How to change your choice
Use Cookie preferences (also in the footer of every page) to accept all, reject all or choose by category at any time. Rejecting a category deletes that category's cookies set by this site. Your choice and its date are stored in your browser, not on our servers. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings, though some parts of the site may stop working as expected.
If analytics is not configured on our end, no banner appears and no cookies of these categories are set.
Quote and contact forms
Submitting the forms does not set cookies. The information you type is sent directly to our servers to process your request; see the Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the cookies or tools we use change. The "last updated" date above always reflects the latest version.
